The Harvest Stripes Serving Set (2 pieces)
A sweet little set for chips and dip, carrots and ranch, pita and hummus or whatever makes your tummy happy. I love a pickle dip with potato chips! This set makes a wonderfully personal hostess gift.
The color-block pieces are made by masking off the sections and applying 2-3 layers of different color glazes to each section. The masking is then taken off before firing, to reveal a crisp line of unglazed clay.
*All of my work is handmade using slabs, pinching or coiling methods so you may see how my hands manipulated the clay with their perfect imperfections. They can be put in the microwave or the dishwasher, but as with any handmade item, they will last much longer with handwashing and gentle care.
With any handmade work, each piece can have slight variations. The pill plates are approximately 7 1/2" long and 4 1/2" wide. The dish is approximately 4" wide at the top and 2" deep.
