The ombre pieces are made by blending 2 glazes together with a brush or sponge. the dripping effect is created with a high movement flux glaze to give that mesmerizing effect.
All of my work is handmade using slabs, pinching or coiling methods so you may see how my hands manipulated the clay with their perfect imperfections. They can be put in the microwave or the dishwasher, but as with any handmade item, they will last much longer with handwashing and gentle care.
Each piece varies, but the large size mugs hold approximately 10 oz, the medium size holds 8 oz, the small size holds 6 oz, and the espresso mugs hold 3 oz.
