The Rainbow Square Plate S
A decorative little "catch-all" dish perfect for rings or keys but can be used for anything you wish. Add a touch of personality to your decor with this dish. Made with a speckled white stoneware and glazed with a bright glossy finish perfect for a pop of color in your home.
The color-block pieces are made by masking off the sections and applying 2-3 layers of different color glazes to each section. The masking is then taken off before firing, to reveal a crisp line of unglazed clay.
*All of my work is handmade using slabs, pinching or coiling methods so you may see how my hands manipulated the clay with their perfect imperfections. They can be put in the microwave or the dishwasher, but as with any handmade item, they will last much longer with handwashing and gentle care.
Each piece varies, but the small square plates are approximately 5 1/4" wide and a little less than a inch deep.
